Seeds #2

Did you ever notice how slippery some seeds are, like the seeds of a squash or tomato? Some seed are purposely slippery so that they will slide out of the vegetable and onto the ground more easily. Other seeds, like the ones on a dandelion, have light, feathery parts attached to them that fly through the air, like a parachute would, dropping seeds and beginning the new cycle for growing.
