Yitro: Reward to Judgment

Hashem says that he will punish up to four generations but give rewards up to two thousand generations [Shemos 20:5-7]. Rashi uses this to show that Hashem’s willingness to give reward is much greater than His willingness to give judgment [Rashi Shemos 20:5-7].
